I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it.

Message
Today the very thing that struck me was that of the representation of each of us in this foreign world that our behaviour should be in check for this is the very thing that the world sees. More so We are indeed in this world but not of it just like everyone else, we can’t take anyone out of it but we can protect them from the evil one through the grace that the Lord has freely granted us.
In addition to this we are also reminded to choose what we wear for it is indeed choice. Sometimes we have to remove those that should represent well the one we are here to represent. And to do this we need to know who we represent and be closer and closer each day to Him. Knowing who we represent would let us know what to wear and what to remove.
Promise
He will be with us all through our our days. He will never stop helping us grow for His ministry. We are not here just for the sake of existence. We are here to represent and to declare to the world who He is. We are His ambassadors and to better represent Him He will train us and mold us to the best person we can ever be, for we are representing the best there is.
Command
Grow continuously, do refreshers and character checks to see mile stones and continue to Grow and closer to God every single day. Choose what to wear and take of those that does not represent well.
Warning
Deception is indeed evident as the coming of the Lord comes near but we are protected by the Lord. Always be reminded to ask the Lord protection from all sorts of deception. More so remember that all these are allowed for a reason and that is to help us grow in love of the Lord.
We do not need to worry about things for all of these are but common to man and the Lord will not allow anything too hard for us to handle. We can do this and overcome through Him who is our Lord.
A great warning we understood today was that deception is just a little bit under the right thing. This is the grey area of things and after that step its just going straight down. Let not the lie of “Just Once” to lead us straight to death, for this is the greatest lie of all. It has been used by the enemy thousands of years ago including that day with the Lord.
Application
Be reminded that we are ambassadors and that we should be wearing those that actually best represent the Lord. Do character checks that we may know where we are at and what we learned. When we repent and ask for forgiveness we should followthrough and change. Do something about it. Let us not go around and around the same mountains. We need to Grow, and with all these never forget to ask for help, ask God to lead us for we can not do this alone.
